PAYMENT METHODS

At ophiradistribution.com, the following payment methods are accepted:

Bank Transfer

Once the purchase process is completed, the necessary details for making the bank transfer will be provided.
After making the transfer, the customer must send the proof of payment as soon as possible to info@ophiradistribution.com so the order can be prepared, as the receipt of funds may take 2 to 3 business days.

PayPal

Fast and secure payment via the PayPal platform.

Credit Card

The customer can choose to pay by credit card. The charge is made at the time of completing the order.

Accepted cards:

  • Visa

  • Visa Electron (debit)

  • MasterCard

Maestro cards (Debit MasterCard) are not accepted.

Card transactions are processed through the PayPal/Redsys/Stripe platform, ensuring maximum security and confidentiality during payment.


SHIPPING

At ophiradistribution.com, we work to ensure fast, safe, and efficient delivery of all orders, entrusting transportation to professional logistics operators.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic orders placed before 5:30 PM are shipped the same day (once payment is received).

  • International orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day (once payment is received).

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics operator.

Shipping Costs

In mainland Spain and Balearic Islands:
  • Orders over €100: free shipping

  • Orders under €100: €5.90*

In the Canary Islands (Spain):
  • Orders over €300: free shipping

  • Orders under €300: €5.90*

Rest of Europe:
  • Orders over €300: free shipping

  • Orders under €300: €35*

*Taxes excluded.

Shipments are mainly made within Spain. For international shipping, conditions may vary and are subject to logistical availability.

⚠️ All costs arising from customs procedures, taxes, duties, or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The maximum allowed weight per shipment is 1 kg. The system will not allow orders exceeding this limit.


SATISFACTION OR RETURN

If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they have 15 calendar days from receipt to request a return.

  • Return and collection costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all original accessories and documentation.

  • The product must be properly packaged.

Once the product is received at our facilities and its condition is verified, a refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following returns are not accepted:

  • Sealed products whose seal has been broken

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Disposable products

  • Consumables such as liquids, cartridges, and coils

Before making any return, the customer must first contact our customer service at info@ophiradistribution.com.
Returns without prior communication will not be accepted.

Orders Received as Gifts

Products received as gifts may be exchanged as long as they are unopened and in perfect condition.
No refunds are issued, only exchanges for products of equal or greater value.
Shipping costs and any price differences are the responsibility of the person requesting the exchange.


WARRANTY

All our products come with a 2-year legal warranty, in accordance with current regulations.

  • Batteries have a warranty of 1, 3, or 6 months, depending on the manufacturer, as they are considered consumable items.

  • Components such as atomizers, resistors, or coils are only covered by the warranty in case of manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use or misuse.

OPHIRA UNIVERSE SL works exclusively with quality products and follows strict controls during order receipt and preparation. Nevertheless, if a product is defective, it will be replaced.

To process a warranty claim, the customer must contact info@ophiradistribution.com providing:

  • Customer name

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for the claim

IMPORTANT

No refund or replacement shipment will be made until the product, its packaging, and accessories have been received and verified.
